1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or processed for dispatch.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at support@epicinnoshop.com or through your EpicInnoShop account dashboard.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return or replacement after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide your bank details for processing the refund.

3. Cancellation by EpicInnoShop

EpicInnoShop reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Errors in pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or invalid payment details.

  • Unavailability of delivery service in your location.

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

4. Modification of Orders

  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified (e.g., changing product, address, or payment mode).

  • You must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
